PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for the order may be made using one of the methods available on the Website from time to time, including:
– bank transfer;
– credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe);
– PayPal.
The payment methods actually available will in any case be indicated to the User during the purchase process.
The Seller reserves the right to modify, restrict or exclude certain payment methods depending on the country of delivery, the order value or other technical and security criteria.
Payment by credit or debit card
In the case of payment by credit or debit card, the transaction will be processed via Stripe, using a secure connection and in accordance with current security standards.
At no point during the purchase process is the Seller able to view or store the full details of the User’s payment card, which are transmitted directly to the payment service provider via secure, encrypted channels.
The Seller therefore does not store the details of the card used for payment and cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of the payment method by third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
Payment via PayPal
In the event of payment via PayPal, the User will be redirected to the relevant payment service provider’s platform and the transaction will be processed in accordance with the terms and procedures set out by PayPal.
Payment by bank transfer
When paying by bank transfer, the User must use the bank details provided in the email sent by the Seller containing the payment instructions and include the order number in the payment reference.
Payment must be made within 48 hours of the email containing the payment instructions being sent by the Seller. The order will only be processed and dispatched once the amount due has been credited to the Seller’s account.
For this reason, in the case of payment by bank transfer, delivery times may be longer than for other payment methods.
If payment has not been credited within 5 working days of the email containing the transfer instructions being sent, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
Tax Free
It is not possible to request the Tax Free service for purchases made via the Website, as this scheme applies exclusively to purchases made at physical retail outlets and transported directly by the purchaser, in accordance with current legislation.
